FYI - I've come down with a bit of a bug. I feel like crap, and just looking at my computer terminal hurts. As such, I won't be on here quite as much until the pounding headache goes away.
Hope to be back to my old self in a few days.

yes...keep lights low, avoid caffeine, etc. hope you feel better soon, and get lots of rest.
