We could try to set a new record on some specific day and time as set by the Minister of Beer and Doughnuts (some significant date).

Yup, but Ess was asking about the proportion within the top 10, which is about 17% (we 're on 59,534 as of a few minutes ago - my estimate was based on 10,000/60,000)

Setting a goal for records would be cool. Maybe encourage others to join.
