Ambassador Shortage
-BCC expressed a concern that embassies were not being posted in regularly by ambassadors
-Chex mentioned that only three emabassies needed to be staffed England, TPC, and 10000 Islands and suggested that various cabinet members should take up those posts.
-Red said he would take up the 1000 islands spot, HB took England and Carb took TPC.
-Chex was forced to point out repeatedly that there was thread which listed all the offsite forums for the regions which we have diplomatic relations with.

Board Upgrades
-Carb asked if HB could be given admin powers.
-Red, Chex, SS all replied that it was ok
