I just did a sweep through the region, and changed all those who were marked as in "Cabinet" to being "Members" until the election results are concluded. THis mainly affected users who haven't been around since last summer. Only one current user was affected. Once members of Cabinet are elected, I'll change the title of those elected to "Cabinet".
