I am greatly disturbed by other nations who speak as if Judith Gap has no educational system at all. We are a bit advanced when it comes to discussions of education. While our chief industries are mainly agricultural, book publishing has become necessary because of the higher rates of literacy in our nation.

Our educational system is extremely strong in the arts, humanities, and social sciences. While we haven't put as much emphasis on physical sciences and mathematics, our philosophies of education adn pedagogical proactices are well-proven to accelerate student learning.

I would like to clarify that Carbanousa has made no such claims regarding the educational system, level of, or general intelligence of Judith Gap's citizens. Needless to say, the High Priest finds this a most disturbing situation and one that is needed swift resolution.

It should also be noted that no member of the Carbanousan government of citizenry has made such a claim and if such claim were made would be sentenced to fifteen hours of pain-glove treatment.

Our most hallowed Halls of Government have agreed to act and, if Judith Gap accepts, are cordially invited to open discussions as to how this situation may be resolved. Naturally, the policies and local laws of Judith Gap shall be observed by Carbanousa's representatives should the offer be accepted.

In the event of the offer being declined, Judith Gap shall hear no more from the Carbanousan Government concerning this matter.
