Thanks to TD, I updated the History of Canada section. I'll update it periodically as I get more information, or more history is created.

Yes. I'm currently working on a dossier of the development of the CIA and affiliate Organisations such as the DoWA. I'll PM it once I'm satisfied and then let you make any ammendments you deem necessary.
