Title: Changes to the Board
bweezy - January 15, 2004 05:40 AM (GMT)
You've probably noticed that the board has changed a lot in the last week.
I've added new sections and new forums to make the site easier to navigate and to make it easier for everyone to find what they are looking for. I've also moved stuff around and renamed many of the old forums to better reflect their true purpose.
If anyone has any suggestions for further change, please post your suggestions here.

You turn your back for one day, and look what happens.......
Only joking, yeah - looks good, at least the water cooler's in the same place. Like the new office layout. Much more open plan. I forsee that this will lead to greater productivity.

New Campaign Trail forums were added today to facilitate the upcoming elections.
Also, a "Your Government" section will soon spring up. Initially, it will only have the PM's forum, but after the next elections, forums for all 6 Cabinet Posts will be created.

After a complaint that the boards were "too daunting" for new users, I reformatted them somewhat.
The top forums are now the Country Introductions and FAQ's, so that new users are immediately drawn to the forums that they'll find most useful.
Next is the election/votes section.
The government forum has been revamped. ALl of the MInisters forums are now found within the forum entitled 'Ministers' Forums". The Citizens voice and Law Library have been moved there as well.
A roleplaying area has been created after the OOC forums.
Feedback on these changes is always appreciated.

I like that the Country Introductions forum is right at the top.
Good work :)
