I saw a pretty good one for only 70$ at best buy or something.. You should get one. Say it's because.. it'll help you fullfill your destiny to become a manga artist! XD i dunno.. lol

Once you get it, all you have to do is go to one of the things at the top (I forgot which, but I'l find out) and go to Image resize.. (I'm pretty sure about that one..) You can either resize it by inch or by pixels. n.n
