now...i'm wanting the 3 regi's...but i need a wailmer to evolve it to a wailord...but i can't find wailmer or wailord anywhere...and allways a poké bites my super rod...it got away...(always!)where i can find those poke's and how can i push the poke's that bite to an battle???

Try fishing in the town of the fighting GYM.

You can fihs for Wailord at route 129.

but when i fish...it always got away....i don't understand how can i fish in this game...it's wierd...it's not the same thing that were in pokemon blue/red/yellow????in that games when i fish the pokemon always come to me for a battle...in sapphire don't...explain me that and what I have to do for fishing...

It took me a while to get the hang of fishing, but basically when you do is when you see "oh a bite" tap the A button a quickly as possible, you may have to do it several times before you hook the fish. I was originally making the mistake of holding the A button down but you don't do that, just tap it. I think I was trying to fish like Legend of the River King.
