why would they be afraid. And why would he listen to 2 people out of 100 fairly active members??

Let's say you make those two members really angry, not that we will, and they decide to leave, we wont, and then others start to think that this is a bad site and start to leave to, and eventually those numbers really start to add up untill there is only about 10 people left in this forum.

That's not my point. Everyone else here seems to enjoy the colors. And since you're not angry, I think we're fine.

Everything here is way to straining on the eyes, it should be less bright and flashy.

I agree with you, everthing is kind of too dark.

The backgrounds are too dark and the icons and everything is too bright.

The colors are fine for me, but if you really want new colors, I can PM Strider another skin to use. More people would have to complain about the colors though

YEah what is everybody talking about!? :huh: anybody wanna fill me in, I've been gone for 2 and a half weeks. But anywho what wrong wit the colors? And nothing should be considered a "Brightmess" because a lot of stuff on the message board is dark. Maybe brighting it a little wouldn't be too bad (just a thought).

er....well, if you guys know how to use CSS, than go ahead and make us a skin. I do, but I really suck at making themed skins O_o I can go ahead and grab another skin, but only if it's alright with strider. Something to match the main site would be nice

Nah. I actually agree with Lady Suicune. Blue would be nice ^_^ It would match the main site. For all of you were here before Invision Free updated, that custom skin was awesome. Looked almost just like the site, and it looked great.

CSS is a type of Internet coding, which functions much like an advanced version of HTML. You can use it for all sorts of useful things, especially effects with links, text, etc. If you want to learn it, there are great guides at http://www.webreference.com .

As for forum colors... well, you know how sports teams always use the same 2 colors for their uniforms, fields, etc.? I feel that blue and black are the team colors for KL... why a green and white layout would fit a forum represented by Kyogre is a mystery to me...

Personally, the current colors are completely fine by me. There seems to be only a couple of members who want change, out of a forum with rouhly 300 members. Strider probably has better things to tend to than the preferences of two people...
