1. Sometimes. It depends on the Pokemon.

no it doesnt. every shiny Pokemon looks shiny in their status screen.

also, for normal Pokemon in the status screen the box they are in is grey. for shiny Pokemon, the box is white.

i read in a old comic of mine there is a slight chance of catching a shiny version of every pokemon. Anybody got a shiny Feebas!?

Only Red Gyarados, and he's the best water poekmon I have.

I cloned him and traded it to R/B/Y. and he still kicks butt...

i have a Lv. 100 Red Gyarados! but my Lv. 100 Suicune is more powerful than it..

The only wild shiny i've ever caught (besides red gyarados) was a shiny zubat. x_X

For me, i got a donphan and an onix(evolved to steelix) in silver and a spheal in RS
