On the site, it sais to go to the bike shop in slateport after beating the elite four and recieve a fast bike. For one there is no bike shop in Slateport only in mallville or however it's spelt and also when i go to the shop in malville i just get my bikes changed again. in Mauville city, there is a bike shop. (its hard to miss, it has a big area filled with bikes next to it). when you go there for the first time, the store owner notices your Running Shoes, and tells you that they are his brand (Rydel). so he gives you the choice (or does he just choose one for you? i dont remember) of the Mach bike or the Acro bike. whichever one you take, you always have the option of going back to the shop and switching bikes.
and you can get the bikes long before you battle the Elite Four. if you happen to have the Acro bike when you are going to catch Rayquaza, just Fly to Mauville and swap for the Mach bike.
you already have one of the bikes, and the faq ur reading is wrong, there is no 3rd bike in the game, just mach and acro. what they mean by fast bike is the mach bike. so if u have the acro, goto mauville and change it, not, just go =P and don't forget to get rayquaza, u must pick up speed before running on the cracks.
