Eon Ticket?? Southern Continent...? where did you hear about these things? ive heard about them but im not familiar with them. where do you get an Eon Ticket?
Auronskatana - April 13, 2003 06:21 AM (GMT)
The only way is to cheat!
There are some guides on Gamefaqs that have codes for that.

umm... don't they give the eon tickets out at the the pokecenters in NYC?
LadySuicune - April 13, 2003 04:53 PM (GMT)
all i've heard of is eon mail...i guess i don't pay attention :P

hehehe ok i went to GameFaqs.com and read all about it, and i used a GameShark code to get it. when you go to Southern Island, (which has the same creepy yet cool music from the Abandoned Ship), you go into the forest where you find a small clearing. there are some puddles and a strange rock in the middle. when you go examine the rock, either Latios or Latias (depending on your version) will fly down and battle you. its cool, because that way you get both Latios and Latias. (Ruby=Latias, Sapphire-Latios)
if youre planning to use the code, dont forget to put in the code to activate the Latios/Latias event also.

ok, i sharked the eon ticket, but how exactly do i use the ticket?
bunnygirl - April 17, 2003 10:52 PM (GMT)
did you put in the code to trigger the event? if you didnt the Eon Ticket is useless.
anyway, have it in your inventory when you go to ride the S.S. Tidal. what happened for me was, i went to Slateport and rode it to LilyCove. then i got off, turned right back around and talked to the woman there, and she said something and trailed off and said something like 'that ticket...'. she went inside the ship and got out some guy, and he tells you that it brings you to an island or something and brings you to Southern Island.

How much are gamesharks? And is it actually part of the game?
bunnygirl - April 28, 2003 06:00 PM (GMT)
hm...i dont remember how much my Gameshark was...i think maybe $40? or was it $30..somewhere around that.
and what exactly do you mean by 'part of the game'? if youre asking if its not a glitch, it isnt. its a real event, that really happens. however youre not supposed to cheat and use the GameShark, Nintendo is supposed to activate it for you with some event.

Cool. I'm goin' to Gamefaqs.com to learn more.
