Yes, it's here, right here in my hands. The first information on Final Fantasy 12.

This game plays part in the world Ivalice, the same world as Final Fantasy Tactics.
The two main empires Rozaria and Arcadia have long lived in war. One day Arcadia invades the small kingdom of Dalmaska. This is where the main chara's come in play. Ashe is the princess of Dalmaska, and so she will do everything to protect her country. On her way to war she meets the thief Vaan. Just like every FF game, the two get a close relationship and together they try to protect Dalamaska from the enemy.
The characters are identical to humans, just like in FFX. Though, the world is more like the one from FFXI. The graphics have booked enormous advance and so did the gameplay. Since squaresoft is planning to shorten the time between the releases in the US and Europe, it will be here end 2004/begin 2005.

Some facts:
- The game is (ofcourse) completely in 3D, and there will even be a First Person Look mode, like in games such as Zelda and KH.

-It will be completely offline, and no possibilities it will be online.

-The game is completely about war, and so there will be many battles and wars to fight.

-Just like FF TA, this game has a Judge, and it will play a big part in this game as well.

- Three-person fights, but they won't say anything about the possibility of switching characters in battle.

Already played it. Paine is the only one doing damage at the moment. Rikku later, when she actually does damage, attacking twice and all.

you said that the game play is all 3D so does that mean that the quality is that of the cut scenes in FFX-2! if so then it will be the absolute best!

I still prefer FF6 and FFX :P

FF 13? Ain't even a topic of discussion yet. They're still working on ff12, so there won't be a 13 for at least 1 and 1/2 year.

i already got ff12 from japan and it got boring after a while so now onto ff12 1/2 or ffx-3.

Cut the crap. It ain't even out in Japan...
