You get one. I would save it for Latias, because you never know when you are going to find it in the wild. As for Kyogre, you can save right before you fight it, so you can use a single Ultra Ball *Does the same*

I'm going to use my Shedinja...He's got a Lax Insence, so the enemy almost always misses, and it knows false swipe, ice Beam, Will-o-wisp, and thunder shock...xD Perfect for catching rare pokemon.

if you can wear down latias/latios hp gradually, you could probably catch it without a masterball. i've been using my beautiful and powerful Absol's quick attack on Latias for awhile now, so i hope it works.

So, what you're saying is, it runs away after being hit, kind of like Abra, but it's health stays the same the whole game? Why don't you use Wynaut? It's power makes enemy pokemon stay in the battle! -Has already used it on a SHINY snorunt, which is now a Shiny Glalie!-

yeah, i think there are too many legendaries to worry about in the first place.
as for me, i saved my Masterball for Latias. i caught Kyogre and Rayquaza with Ultra Balls, and im planning on catching the Regis with Ultras also. i ran into Latias a few days ago and used the Master Ball.

hey, kyogre and groudon are easy to catch wif Ultra Balls.... i caught my Groudon wif one ultra ball ;)
The Regis..... it took about 40 ultra balls to catch all three... they are pretty easy and they dont run away so be patient ;)
i havent tried catchin the raquazza guy yet :P im training 2 more pokemon wif sleep moves b4 i try :P but i plan on catchin him wif ultra balls as wel :P
Latias is gunna be my masterball guy :P

Maybe you guys should try to double/triple/quadruple your masterball? You wouldn't have to think about who you were going to use it on, but then again there is always the good feeling you get after working hard to catch something. LadySuicune - April 16, 2003 08:54 PM (GMT)

Maybe you guys should try to double/triple/quadruple your masterball? You wouldn't have to think about who you were going to use it on, but then again there is always the good feeling you get after working hard to catch something. |
I wish I could.

Rayquaza actually ain't that hard!
I caught him with my Kyogre level 54 & a timer ball
