All users are now able to upload attachments. For the time being, they are restricted to 500kb to prevent congestion for slower users. If you believe this should be changed, either contact me, or make a post in the Suggestions forum.

The Forum will also host images for users without access to their own servers. More detailed instructions are posted in the Guidelines in the new Signature Storage board.

Keep in mind, these new features are still experimental, and Lily doesn't know about them yet, so please don't do anything disastrous :(
