continuing from the thread in the "suggestions" board...... firstly Mutu is not all bad, I dunno, he's ok sometimes.... I still can't over his bad sideburns....

as for Crespo - I guess he is kinda the star of the team .... cos he keeps on scoring goals everytime he plays, and they paid a lot of $$ for him too LOL

IMPORTANT - of course these are only MY picks.... so feel free to add your own... and because in Australia here we mostly get to see the English league and not much else, I won't pick the boys from the Italian or Spanish ones....(well, Raul & Morientes & Casillas are exceptions LOL)

omg!! hary kewell is soooo gorgeous..i actually think he looks better than becks..becks is abit tooo camp for my liking!....he's more cute than hot (becks that is)

Oooo! I used to like James Beattie! All the more once I stumbled upon his website. (It used to have some games on there, but I can't find them anymore...it got a re-vamp for the new season a few months ago. Plus, it used to have a trail of coloured squares after the cursor, if you get what I mean!) I'm over that phase now, though I still think he's OK.

Haha! Forlan!! :lol: Hahaha!!! He's not even a good player! It took him months to score & he's supposed to be a scoring kind of player (I'm still not sure what position he plays!!). My sister & I call him 'masky' - because we joke he's just Ruud van Nistelrooy in a mask...Long story, I think.

Oh, and also he makes me laugh because one match, he took his shirt off to celebrate scoring (Agh! No!), but then he couldn't manage to put it back on. :lol: (It was one of those 2 shirt in one things.) So...he had to stand at the side of the pitch while someone came and sorted it out for him!!! :lol: :lol:

PS. I'm a Man United fan...if you hadn't guessed already. ^_^

Katrelle - I sooo agree with that one, actually I think becks does look VERY GOOD, but once I heard his voice..... that was a major turn off.

smartie - I remember that!!! That was soooo funny - Diego couldn't put his shirt back on.... I haven't been watching football for that long, but I don't think he's done that badly this season, especially the 2 goals he scored a couple of weeks ago? I can't remember which match now (was it against Aston Villa?) ... but they were quite spectacular.

Ilhan mansiz- I just love him during the 2002 world cup..and his mix blood gives him a very interesting aura...(im so corny at times)

For the azzuri's I really like Filipo inzaghi. as well as Del piero, Totti and Zambrotta. the rest are also cute but yah..

Shevchenco is also a fav of mine. I just adore his smile.

Did i mention Pablo Aimar?? yah he's cute wiv his curly hair and all. Freddie ljunberg is hot since he became the new face for Calvin klien underwear.

And David Trezeguet has the most sexiest eyes..Adrian mutu isnt bad either. and I find Frank Lampard cute. and Zidane when he had hair. Veron has the body..maldini has the eyes. Luis enrique coz he reminds me of enrique iglesias. Iker Casillas cos he soo goody-goody

Cristiano Ronaldo SIZZLIN' HOT! Had some pretty bad hairstyles but when it's short and normal he's very veryyyyy good looking. And has cute Portugese accent! And everyone's already used to Man U's #7 having weird hair. This guy has great footwork too, and he's still developing and getting better.

I must agree that he has some VERY fancy footwork - but I get annoyed because they hardly lead to anything!! it's like... "WOOO - look at the way he's drippling the ball"... and then suddenly he either lost the ball or a defender got to it.....

so all in all.... has potential, but probably needs a couple of years to further develop his skills. B)

the bit about harry that slightly bugs me is when u compare when mark viduka and harry talk. i know they both have been in england for a while but u can hear the difference. mark sounds like the typical aussie bloke whereas harry has an accent that would rival david beckham's.

well...Harry did move to England when he was very young.... like 14 or 15? and in contrast, Mark started his career in Australia....I think he played in the NSL for a bit (as SBS keeps on showing his old footage) so I guess that's why...

I didn't think there was much resemblance between Forlan and Nalbandian, but I was watching 'The Premiership' (football highlights) last night, and from some angles, you can definately see a similarity. I think it's mainly the nose. ;)
