He will be playin Jan Hajek in the first round, which shouldn't be too bad, he will probably meet Federer in the third round though.

Well congrats on the victory :) I saw it in the morning - 3-0 for jc and then Jan Hajek retired :) This could be a bad thing though - I mean a tough match in the beginning of the tournament could be a very good warm up :) But also this easy victory has an advantage that he didn't waste any energy :)

I agree I think he could have done with the match practice but it's great he's through to the second round! :D

I was very sad this morning when i saw he lost :(
and if you look to the statistics ferrero should have won :blink:
I hope his next tournament will be better

I saw a few points of the fourth set today it was pretty awful. I know he has always been thin but today he looked thinner than ever :unsure: Hope he eats a few square meals before Brazil ^_^
