yeah good bands there.........u should also check out toadies if u havent heard of em they r an old band though...not too many people know about them...possum kingdom and tyler r great songs by them! :)

I just found out about a really good new band last Sunday when I went to a local concert. They're called SNA. If you like New Found Glory, you'll like SNA. Unfortunaltely they don't have a website up right now but if anyone would like to hear any of their stuff, just let me know and I will send it to you.

yes movielife are amazing, their latest cd is a little harder than their past stuff but that's what makes them great (they're able to evolve) and they're such an awesome live band. and vinnie is such a nice guy!!!:D
oh other bands even though they're not new: yellowcard (awesome violin solos), alexisonfire (awesome live shows and everything), mae, anberlin, hot hot heat, rufio all the way!!!, jude the obscure, waterdown, silverstein, anatomy of a ghost, subb, fifty nutz, senses fail, thrice, a static lullaby, from autumn to ashes, taking back sunday, the used, moneen, my chemical romance, glassjaw, glassjaw and more glassjaw, oh by the way get the new deftones album and the nofx one and the midtown one...
i wasn't sure what sound/genre you wanted so i sorta put a bunch of different ones.

yea there's a lot more bands that i didn't mention that you guys should check out, but if you have to listen to at least one check out glassjaw, defintely. they are the reason why i listen to music.

My cousin is the lead singer, they've played with the likes of Taking Back Sunday (who called them "the best band ever"), AAR, and MCS (I think), besides others... the addy is in my signature, definitely go and check em out.
Other bands- well of course Rufio, and I saw Brand New mentioned and they're awesome, I also like Dieradiodie (they're supposedly Xtian but you can't tell really), umm... tons of others. lol.

story of the year, count the stars, matchbook romance, abbie normal (local houston band), the early november, anatomy of a ghost, and well these aren't new bands but check them out if you haven't already: matthew good band, our lady peace, and further seems forever. weee. :lol:
