Physical Description: (Can include anything, really... hair, eyes, skin, height, weight, built, facial features etc. Be as descriptive as possible, so everyone gets a clear picture of this character! Links to images may be included, but you may NOT let them stand as a substitute for a description!)

NOTE: The rest of this application requires you to be VERY descriptive! It is the part that is looked at the most when sorting you into one of the houses. If you do not give us enough information to work with, you will not be sorted, so it is advised that you take your time and be as detailed as possible on each one!

Strengths: (Again, everyone's got 'em. What's this character's strengths, and how do they apply them to both their studies, and take advantage of them in life in general?)


Past, Present, and Future

History: (Tell us your character's story up until now. Where have they been, what have they been through, etc.)

Here and Now: (What are some things that this character is struggling with at present? What's the story with them as they are right now? In other words, give us a snapshot of this character's life as it stands at present.)

Long-term Outlook: (Where do you see this character headed in life? What's his/her most important goals? What is the most likely way that they'll get there? The future is unpredictable, but tell us what you foresee for this character, just the same.)

Special Request: (only 1 ability OR item per person)
Reason: (must be more than 25 words and convincing)

RP Sample: (You must provide a sample of your roleplaying. It can be any type of situation as long as it's related to the character profiled in this application as portrayed in a Hogwarts-related setting.)
