You can do it in MSPaint..I think in the umm Attributes window..at the bottom, you can set the "transparent" color, and then color the edges of the pic that color and it'll come up like mine. Rivermonster - February 26, 2003 05:46 AM (GMT)
Yes, that sounds similar to PSP, I use that once in a while to trade anime pics. I wonder where I put those... :huh:
