Has anyone here ever played DBZ: Budokai? I got the game alittle while ago and unlocked all the character but im having trouble getting the dragon balls is there a sercret to it?

When u collect all the dragonballs, you get breakthrough. Its a capsule that gives a character all their moves, but uses 7 capsule spaces. You can only use it for one person though.

DBZ sucks, so does DBZ: Budokai
