Well, snow is good. Sickness is not. When you're sick, you miss stuff. I play hookey a lot but that's when I know there's nothing to do that day and I could make use of staying home (do some homework or project or something) but when sickness hits, you miss stuff and you can't do a thing about it even if it's a very important day...

Today is our first day back from an unexpected 4-day weekend (snow on thurs/fri) and rest assured we'll have a buttload of work and probably tests to make up. Guess what? I miss it all, and will have all that crap on top of what we do tomorrow. Also i'll have to make up tests most likely and some of my "busy" teachers designate certain make-up TIMES that I usually cannot meet. Of course, I'm sick--I had a lil' ol' tummy ache when I was eating breakfast but dismissed it, and went ahead to school...it got worse in the car and when we stopped at a gas station I had big D hmph

Sickness is bad! I was sick all last week and I was also sick over last spring break 'cause my parentasl just had to go to their honeymoon thing...so they left me with some people whu were sick........yyark.........

One time I was sick with a bad cough over the Christmas Holidays...Now THAT was teh suck! hmph

In China their closing schools b/c of the "mysterious epidemic," so they are missing nothing, and some aren't even sick.........................YAYYYYYYYYYYYY.
