I remembered I had this recipe on my computer so I didn't have to go looking for it! Dave, I don't know how the ingredients are for SBD, but I used it when I was lcing.
LC Waffles
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
3 eggs
2 pkt splenda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 c. vital wheat gluten
1 t. vinegar
1/4 c. cream
1 c. mozarella cheese, shredded
Put everything in the food processor and process until smooth. Open processor and scrape down sides with a spatula and process for another 30-60 seconds. The batter will be VERY thick. DO NOT thin down. Place a heaping tablespoon of batter in the waffle iron and cook as you would regular waffles.
