This is a great post....a little scarey, too. I am in charge of me. Which means when I go into the kitchen and eat 1/2 pack of cookies, I can't blame it on my husband who upset me or I can't blame on PMS or anything else. Like I said, it's a good post, but at the same time it's "bad" because I have to take responsibility for my overeating and sometimes it's a lot easier to blame somone else. Thanks for the "ah-ha" moment today. :D

Gosh, we know the truth shall set us free, but I am thinking of how often I CHOOSE to believe a lie because it is an escape route. I am there with you, Delcie, because I try to avoid responsibility at times.
