The following is my Monday menu. Your mission, should you choose to accept, will be to suggest two snacks for me, about 100 calories each, that would fit in here to give me optimum nutrition for health, as well as one additional item for supper (100-300 calorie range). Additional comments are welcome, too!
Breakfast: Ezekiel bread (260)
1/2 c skim milk (40)
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich on homemade whole grain bread (300)
mixed veggies (60)
Apple (80)
Supper: 3 oz plain chicken breast (145)
Plain mixed greens salad (20)
Snacks:

I think this should be in your journal, but I will give it a shot here.
I would suggest a whole cup of baby carrots at about 60 calories. Nutritious and it will take care of your munchies.
I also will suggest 8 oz, serving of buttermilk, at 110 calories. I don't see calcium in your diet, and BTW, this REALLY curbs my sweet tooth desires.
Dinner in that range must be a 3 oz. serving of chicken or fish. You need your meat , poultry or fish.

Thanks, CE! I see I got the 3 oz serving of chicken for supper. And you are so right about the calcium. I don't get enough. I'll have to try thte buttermilk.
And feel free to move this (or I can) if it doesn't belong here. :) I really wasn't sure, because it is nutrition-related (not necessarily for weight loss) and to garner input not for accountability, but it's also personal.

I think it will stay here, but we will encourage the mind/body aspect of it. And perhaps another serving of fruit? Don't forget the legume. :)

You've done very well balancing your nutrition, hmm, so how to add a few more calories. Maybe some brown rice cooked in chicken broth or a small sweet potato to go w/dinner or throw in some of those dried cranberries into your salad... Perhaps fruit or juice w/breakfast... Maybe a small handful of almonds or other nut or seed for a snack...

I like that nut idea, Gracie! And I totally forgot the buttermilk, CE, but got plain, unsweetened yogurt. :)

Another good one..if you like chocolate.. Lowfat Chocolate SoyMilk. Tons of soy proteins good for us women! My 8 yr old son actually got me hooked on it believe it or not. He is allergic to many foods..including dairy products..and we are always trying to find new products that he can have...and Silk Soymilk is on the top of our grocery list at all times.

Oooh - thanks for reminding me of an old favorite, Leslee! It's super when a snack food is good for you and can count not only for your protein but your dairy, too!
