Diet

Eat up to 12 ounces of low-mercury fish a week, as the food is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.

Discuss: Love or hate seafood? What types? Do you take a fish oil supplement instead?

We enjoy fish. We do not get fish in our diets every week.
We take 1 Tablespoon of pharmaceutical grade fish oil every day.

I am so fortunate to have found a Chinese Buffet that has so much seafood choices. We don't get to go every week, but when we do I satisy my quirky cravings. We do eat some form of fish each week at home, sometimes once or twice a week. I love fish!

The chinese buffets in our town are not healthy places to eat.
Almost everything is battered and fried (Transfat) and has some kind of sweet sauce on it.
We do have a mongolian grill that is wonderful. It is a bit pricey. I haven't ever chosen any seafood and to be honest; I don't even know that they offered seafood. I have been trying to get there again for a while. It just hasn't worked out.

I was amazed at this one we found . Steamed flounder or salmon. Mussels. Shrimp. Crab. Many choices in cold salads or hot casseroles.

Seafood is very expensive. This is an all-you-can-eat buffet for $5.65. Although I don't have a second plate other than fresh fruit for dessert, I don't see how they can make money on the items I choose.
