Limit your caffeine intake.
Discuss: How much soda, coffee, etc. do you consume each day? What is an acceptable amount? Does caffeine stimulate you and you must avoid it? Do you know pros or cons of consumption?
:morn: Candy
No Soda.
Not much coffee or tea.
My nutritionist doctor says tea is good for you and he has read of no ill effects from coffee in moderation. (a couple of cups)
I slowed down drinking coffee and tea because it interfered with my water consumption.
I had a cup of coffee on Sunday.
I had a splash of tea in my water glass Sunday night. It was easier than getting up to get more water.
I regret I have not posted here since #3
I forgot you were doing this.
I must get ready for work. I will return and post. I am enjoying this, I can't believe I forgot it.
I do drink my coffee first thing when getting up. No pop for me.
Glad to have your input, Faye. I am doing this on another site and have no responses. I hope to imagine people are reading though.
Faye, your skin would have to be very thick to go there. I am the only Christian group out of over 100. It is Mental Hygiene for Christian dotcomrades at tbd.com
It is a baby boomers social network so I am only dealing with people in my our age group. They are so lost and without Jesus. There are other Christians there and I do have a few friends. I have had many seekers of different paths contact me and I continually let them know who my Lord is. I have been touched to pray and see miracles. I have teared for those that are so filled with the enemy.
On the tips, I am on 25. No responses although health is a big interest, but Christianity is not. I am doing diet tips and am on 39. Weight loss is a big interest there although Christianity is not. Most do not want to be associated with a Christian group. I do have 27 members. I just faithfully post. I am following the path Jesus has sent me on to go in His name and minister as I present the Good News.
