In fighting my addiction of gluttony, I have a powerful weapon always available. It is the word, "No. " Mt. 5:37 "Simply let your `Yes' be `Yes,' and your `No,' `No'."

And Christ gives us the strength in order to say no. He will give us that desire too if we ask.

:amen: Jdg 16:28 And Samson called unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me.

And whatever we ask in Jesus' name is received!
