Today all the mods is in one member group. It will say that you no longer need a password to post here in this forum. But only people in these member groups are allowed to make post:
Administrator
Moderator
Everybody other can't do that.
Notice that everybody can read the posts here!!!

OK. Before you need a password to post here in the forum but not more. Now you just need to be a moderator or a administrator.
