If you want a ton of midis, go to Videogame Music Archive. They have midis for almost every Mega Man game and other older games. If you want actual remixes from people recreating songs off of videogame music, then go to Overclocked Remix. They have actual compositions and the music is in MP3 form. Tons of Mega Man songs, and anything else that could be remixed from a videogame. If you love electronica, then the Mega Man remixes are the ones to get, but they have a nice variety of other mixes, and most are top quality. Other cool songs are from Crono Trigger, the Final Fantasy games, and even remixes from computer games.

I just thought I'd bump my post because I fell that everyone who's anyone that loves VG music should check out the sites I hyper-linked. If you don't oh well, it's your loss. :P

One more bump. Please don't let this opportunity pass you by!!

I go to vgmusic a lot. (but you hyperlinked that earlier)

Overclocked Remix is better, because you could download theMP3's and then burn them on a CD. And the music is actual synthesised instruments, not a variety of blips and bleeps.

I'm sure with my skills, that I could write a score of the original Super Mario music. It not that hard to write two or three songs out. And then the songs are so short and repetative, that that makes it even more easier.

Hah! Can your friend write and transpose music?
