SabresGM - May 9, 2008 02:48 AM (GMT)
Talk about a tough break for Detroit. Flavio just acquires Dale Mercer, then loses him to an injury for half a year.

2-1 sim for Buffalo, probably should have kept Pascal Leclaire in net as opposed to starting Burke Knott against Pittsburgh. 1-2 for Rochester.

ghlcommissioner - May 9, 2008 09:55 AM (GMT)
:o Oh dear Flavio is going to be pissed!

I feel for you mate, thats a cruel blow.

DallasGM - May 9, 2008 11:47 AM (GMT)
It is a good back to the work... I love my guys

QUOTE (SabresGM @ May 9 2008, 12:48 AM)
Talk about a tough break for Detroit.  Flavio just acquires Dale Mercer, then loses him to an injury for half a year.

You gotta be kidding me...

Unbelievable!! I'm definetely mad!

It's the third major injury in the last couple of years... (first Kusnjer, than Sweeney and now Mercer) I guess that I gotta stop trading for glass players...

As if it wasn't enough, I also have Merrit out for a month

And to top it out, the team lost both games in which a player were injured...

FlyersGM - May 9, 2008 12:04 PM (GMT)
This seems to happen every season. Last year Stephen acquired Gregor Ignastin only to lose him shortly after to a season ending injury.

DevilsGM - May 9, 2008 12:25 PM (GMT)
3-0 sim for both teams.
That's pretty sweet
