I just randomly came up with an idea I mean I know we have enough sub forums as it is but even so I think we should have a movie forum and have it as like a subforum of the Ross club or something. I don't know I guess it's just 'the' place to talk about movies instead of thinking about the age old question of do I post it in Ross Club or the Gnome Forum?

I could be down for that. Movies have become one of my favorite things ever.

Heck I would agree too with the vote, I see at least 3-4 new movies every weekend, so I'd be able to have some input to questions/reviews and such.

I dont really agree sorry, there doesnt seem like there is enough topics about movies, and messy forums are a huge pet peave for me. i reckon if its a proper movie topic, that is about a movie you like and you actually have a decent opinion on it (other than "it is good") just post it in the Ross club.

well im sure if there was a sub about movies there would be a bunch posted.

As far as deciding whether to post a topic in the Gnome Forum or Ross's Club look at it this way. Are you creating the topic just to say a few random things about the movie that you feel you need to get out? If so I'd post it in the Gnome Forum. Even if it is a spur o' the moment topic if you plan to later talk about the movie and discuss it a bit, what you liked, didn't like what other people thought of it etc. then go ahead and post it in Ross's Club.

As far as a movies section goes I'm kind of torn. I feel it should get one simply because Anime has its own section, which is another medium very closely related to movies. At the same time though Ross's Club suffices just fine for general chat about movies, music, life and whatever else doesn't fit in the other sections, but yet isn't spam either.

Actually now that I think about it a bit I'm gonna have to give a tumbs down on this idea. No offense or anything Steph it is a good idea, but if we make a section for movies what does that leave the rest of Ross's Club for? Music, life and other random stuff that isn't spam, but also isn't FF or other video game oriented stuff? Personally if I had it my way we wouldn't even have an anime section since that goes along with what Ross's Club is, at least to me, which is a place for not just general chat, but more so a place to talk about other entertainment mediums like movies, music, art, comics, webcomics, websites.
