Edit other members profile information (Sigs and avatars and interests...stuff like that)
Suspend members.
Put members on Moderator Preview
and last but not least....
FREE SPAMMING!! j/k.
Admins:
Everything.
They are the only ones who can edit the actual boards.
Oh, and they can ban.

nice one relient, i've recieved a couple of e-mails from noobs saying please add this image to my signature. Not even global mods (super mods) can add in signatures, all we can do is disable them and avatars

Upon checking again, we can edit sigs. Avatars can only be removed, though.

Actually, we do get free spam! Quality posts they are =D Anywho, that list is pretty good, although I would like to say that we dont have any mods, just supermods, unless its changed since the last time I left... Also, the supermods can do their thing in any forum, so if a forum doesnt have a specific moderator, you can ask a super mod.

A good quality in a Staff member is humbleness. Just be a good member and if we ever need somebody else, you'll be watched. Of course, nobody gets everything so I don't suggest you expect to be picked just because there are so many choices.
