Werd. I saw someone on DA once who made a sort of webcomic if you will using thier action figures. I think I posted a topic about it here somewhere, but chances are it got deleted by the IF bug.

That's what I'd totally do if I had a bunch of action figures. Take pictures and make a comic/tell some sort of story with them. You should totally do it :coolsephy:

i posted one up too before.

we might be talking about the same guy, could it be him?

and no i'd rather not make comics with 'em. haha, i don't want them falling apart or chipping away, i just keep 'em in their showcases :p

some people even made "toymations" of them on youtube! of my favorite, i present to you all:

So I'm actualy suposed to sit through 3 minutes and 5 seconds of something that even the creator/director if you will says is "complete random crap". Ugh I'm getting horrible visions of shitty fan videos and dumbass dubs that people think are funny but in reality they just have a mental disorder that causes them to have no disgression between annoying and funny.

*slaps face in exhasperation* It's taking forever to load and I'm about 99% certain that I'm going dislike it anyway, but hell live on the edge try new things. I'll finish this reply after I watch it.

*insert intermission here*

...

I'm expending great effort to stiffle a rant and be nice so I'm just going to say that I hate being right all the time. Guess I just don't find pure randomness to be funny at all or maybe its something along the lines of people acting like complete and utter retards in a microphone is not freakin' funny especially considering the painfully loud volume of the sound in that video and excrucatingly annoying and relatively incoherent voices--its ok, I stoped there, no rant. :rude:

Yeah I think that is the same bloke for the comics, I remember the spider thing, :rinoa: and :aeris:, but could never be bothered to read much past that considering that was relatively random in itself.

They are pretty cool, i bought alot of FF figures in my life, and i was thinking of posing them for some sort of comic, but i never got round to it.

Off topic;

No offence, but isnt this Gnome forum Material?

You know SG your sorta right, but you see my replies just add so much extra quality to this topic that I'm just gonna have to keep it here (unless we get anymore oneliner replies).

So I've been reading a bit more of that action figure comic. Its funny how that bloke takes the time to set up all that precarious intricate little stuff, but yet he can't be arsed to make proper word baloons and certainly good gramar/spelling is out of the question. Like its that much more extra effort. Seriously little tweaks like that could take this from a random side hobby comic to something while still a bit random is worthy of continuing. It would at least define the line between reading this comic for fun and reading it because you're bored out of your mind and haven't resulted to blatantly stupid things yet like playing MythBusters and seeing if its possible to knock one out with a vase/bottle for instance.

As random as it is, the small story arcs in there are actually kind of entertaining. Next drinking spell, see if I can top Selphie and Cloud. That was actually kind of funny, Selphie and Cloud...sweet Sephiroth he must have been really drunk. I can only image what it would be like to--no I'm stopping there, partially to prevent bad visions, partially in an attempt to keep an actual sex talk out of FFF as this forum has been abstinent for as long I can remember (sexual innendo's do not count =P).

Nice figures, they look huge in that picture.

I personally have never bought any FF action figures, I mean I like them and my sister has bought a couple as well as some evangelion ones but I think it's just to expensive and plus I live in the wrong place, I would be able to find any in the town I live in.
