For those of you who are fans of the Elder Scrolls series (or if you just happened to borrow my copy of Oblivion five months ago and never freaking returned it... Busta...) then you will probably be interested in this:
http://www.gamesarefun.com/news.php?newsid=8438In short all it says is that the Elder Scrolls series is going online. It's becoming an MMORPG. Honestly, I'm excited. I think the Elder Scrolls series broke a lot of the typical rules of RPGs when it first was developed and it's much more applicable to online gaming than offline.
Para ejamplo: In a regular RPG you always feel rewarded because you have about 5-8 characters who are always learning new skills and gaining levels. In MMORPGs, you do not receive that same encouragement because you are only leveling one character and at a much slower pace than in an offline RPG. So if the Elder Scroll guys, who are used to playing to just one character, an MMORPG experience should be right up their alley.
Also, before Vaskal complains, no I have not checked this on other websites. Yes it's shoddy reporting... but I'm not really reporting just... being a liaison of information... go feed your rats.
