Hmm..this is really hard for me to pick.. But I'm gonna hafta say Cloud.

Okay... I've been tolerating your other threads because we need the activity, but it's gotta stop here. This thread is classified as spam. Your entire post is only one sentence long, you offer no explanation for how you want the question answered... or even what the question really is. There are no parameters set, except that you made a poll with only 3 names on it. And even after you answered your own question you gave no reasons at all why you think that.

If you are going to continue posting, there needs to be more substance to your posts, especially when creating a new topic. For reference, any topic by Busta, one of our admins, is always of exellent quality and it would be a good idea to read those.

in the sense cool as in laid back go with the flow easygoing fun to be around id have to say cait sith

cloud to emotional and depressed it seems.
sephi too just insane high strung to much of a frantic aura about him.
both of the are just to high maintenance for me.

Who's "cooler"?
Well i will have to say sephroith, he is pretty cool, he always had a air of mystery surrounding him.

Sephiroth for me. He's not who I like the best, but he is the one that Cloud looks up to, or at least does for a while. Zack, Cloud, whoevers' feelings and emotions are going through Cloud's head, makes it known that Sephiroth is high up on this pedestal and is looked at as a legend/hero/role model.

Cloud's cool as well, but he really doesn't prove his legendary status until the end when he finishes the fight.

I don't know I would have to go with Cloud.... I know I know, good guy bias but he is cool.

Sephiroth is all hell bent on killing people and destruction and all that and also that really weird obsession with his mother, that just doesnt scream cool to me. His personality when he's calm I think has an element to cool to it but at the same time he just seems like a prick.

Cloud on the other hand is often deep in thought and looks hardcore all the time but he also has a more human side. One things comes to mind when he's on the beach in Costa De Sol for the first time, looking around checking out the 'talent' haha, to me thats cooler then wanting to bunk up with your mum every night if you know what I mean.

but sephiroth is all crazy and shiz, so yeah I'll have to go with him.

I went with Sephi... Cloud is cool but Sephi is evil with means he wins by default. It's been scientifically proven that 98% of evil characters are cool!

As for Cait Sith why just him and not Vinny and Cid and Barrett... This I find very random. Maybe because he's one of my least favourite characters...

now if vinncent was on this list, I would have chosen him...cuz he's kinda like me. Im really quite...well, when im not on the computer.

I usually keep to myself, like he does.

I'd have to go with Sephiroth, no questions about that. He's all powerfull, charismatic and knows what he wants and goes to any means to get to it...not to mention his awsome sword =P. As for Cloud I found that even if he's a all around great character, he seam undesided about every thing...but that my opinion...and I haven't played the game for a couple years ,^_^ .

Cloud does seem undesided, throughout the whole game basically. I think he would have been cooler if he talked a little more...instead of the kid who stands in the corner the entire game lol...even tho he didn't, but he would have if it was an option.

Cait-Sith. Not even joking here, Because as you're talking about Cait-sith i only assume you mean Reeve, and Reeve gave up his place of power to help everyone, that oozes coolness to me, he joined the minority, and thats why i think Cait-sith is cooler than cloud or sephiroth.

Well both characters in my oppinion is some of the coolest characters in the whole FF universe if you ask me, its one of these polls that would give me a a real hard time to decide who is the cooler one.. IF it wasnt for the fact that its Sephiroth the almighty whos on the list! ;).. hehe..

But ill list what i like about these characters as well anyways... not Caith sith though, since this post would just be classified as 100 % pure hatred and i would get the INTERPOL after me for threatening the creator of Caith Sith ;)..

Cloud is a really awesome charater imo, and was my favorite game character in the start really.. He had all i needed, cool sword, cool hair (yeah that haircut rocks xD.. dunno how he manage to be that spiky but its cool :P).. he was a badarse mofo in the start and he just knew what had to be done, taking controll of the situation.. Later on you get to see his true self though, and this is where you get dragged into the awesome plot of his past and all..

Really cloud score insanely high points with me.. but gaming experience, he gets beaten by Squall.. who i think is just awesome.. even though i wanna bang his head hard sometimes when it comes to handle the girls (be a freaking gentleman god dammit!.. its our job as guys to be that xD)..

Seohiroth, well.. it would be PRETTY weird if he didnt get my vote :P.. and ofcourse he has ;)..

What fascinates me with Sephiroth is many things.. But just from appearence, hes got something that make you chill when you look at him, the feeling that he almost doesnt even bother figthing you.. since he just knows hes the better one, and that you will max last one min if hes not in a hurry.. This kind of emotion in his face has been used many times after that in various games for bad guys as well..

Sephiroth still got this certain aura around him that identifies him as the badarse really, and the others as wannabes imo, and few characters have made me feel that *gulp feeling really.. i remember playing Kingdom Hearts, the arena events, when i was up against the last foe.. i remember some of the latest fights to have been tough.. but hey i took them in a try or two so i wasnt worried, now for some serious kickarsing!... untill i saw what was ported infront of me, and he unfolded his dark wing... and i was thinking.. fuck.. im so dead.. (which i pretty much was as i got myself a can of wooparse ala STOWA style xD)...

Also What i find interesting and cool about Sephiroths Character game wise.. is that he is one of the FEW bad guys in games.. who actually manages to make you angry and wanna devote yourself to a crusade of pure vengeance..
In many games, the bad guy might kill some character, which story wise was your wife, girlfriend, your whole family, best friend, you beloved goldfish or just something you cared about!... and that makes you wanna say, hey bitch you killed my gold fish, prepare to die! as you smile and enter combat..

What Sephiroth does for a change though.. is to REALLy piss you oof, offgame that is.. because he actually not only kills an important character story wise.. but someone you might have actually spend alot of time levelling and given cool items and though as one of the persons who should be in your party! xD.. he actually damages your GAMING progress?!.. this is what i think makes you not only smile as you enter battle.. its what makes you think; You killed my beloved gold fish!!.. you shall pay for your acts you bastard mofo!.. DIIIIEEEE!!!!...
I remember my first fight with Jenova right after STOWA thought of making a snack called impaled Aerith on giant sword.. and i was in chock, did he just kill my character i had used so much time on?!.. WTF YOU ARE GONNA DIE BITCH!!
And the fight was being pumped with adrenaline and a feeling of that now hes gonna pay, unlike any villian ive beaten in any games :)..

After that i ventured on the before mentioned crusade of vengeance, he was gonna pay and i was not gonna sleep untill i had beaten him i felt like, this made me hooked by the game even more, and i think that that kind of feeling of hatred towards the main villian, deserves some major credit, since ive not felt like that in any other game ive played :)...

Also, the past of Sephiroth, what i really like about that, is that its still quite mysterious in some way, and many things go back to him, and his actions.. the actions that made the loyal soldier, into their worst enemy.. That he goes crazy, or some of us will call, getting illuminated with the truth, is a step of various incidents, and the fact that hes been lied to his whole life.. offgame i can ofcourse say that what he choose to do might not be the right choice :P.. salying the whole world might be a biiiit over the edge.. But i still think hes a cool character, and unlike the trio from Advent children.. he doesnt run around screaming mother every third second.. he keeps it to him self, still with his over confident and well deserved attitude..
When thinking of the one episode anime which followed along the special DVD version in japan (cant remember the title).. you also got that feeling that already then.. he knew what was gonna happen, he wasnt beaten, you could sense on his behaviour, and his facial expression, that he knew he woud be back, and that all the minor setback, would prove to be an advantage for him, and his cause..

In this way i also think (omg is he still writing?.. well dont worry ill try to end this soon ;)) That STOWA becomes something more then just a bad guy, he has the ability to influence followers so much, that he is able to manifest through them.. which makes you realize and wonder.. Has he become what he really wanted?.. dieying in the northern crater.. was that REALLY a set back?.. surely he didnt wipe our the entire world at THAT time.. but still, he managed to become something bigger.. something like a god?.. Making him even a greater advisary.. And a more itneresting character since he still puts alot of questions in mind..

looking at him really.. or IT.. my first reaction when i saw him in the game was.. great an anoying wending machine.. well it wants to tell my fortune.. okay it guessed my favorite color blue correct.. yes yes move out of my way im kinda working here.. But then you came to realize that he had something to do with the plot.. and i found it acceptable since we were in the golden saucer so a random weird thing like that is tolerateable.. But when he joins your party, and you actually get controll over him.. then you just thought; Oh come on they cant be serious!?!..

A Big Sword Wielding macho leader
A well "packed" female martial artist
A Gunarm wielding commando
A girl with strange healing powers from the past
A Wolf/tiger thingy experiment with sharp fangs who can talk
A Ninja stealing sneaky ninja!

And now a big white/pink moving package og marshmallows with a cat on the top with a megaphone?????


I KNOW that some of the things in the game was a biiiiiiiit fecked up.. thinking of some of the random mobs you had to fight on the world map (luckely they have improved in future games with mobs who are a bit more "realistic" and fitting for the enviroments).. BUT this?!.. When i had to name Caith Sith for the first time then the only thing that could pop up into my head was "OMG"..

But seriously why do you think he was left out of the AC movie?.. could you IMAGINE this giant Mog running along with the others in the same speed as them.. and doing any serious damage at all??.. i Mean just at the fight against Bahamut.. i can only imagine it running around on the ground in circles thinking "what am i gonna do".. unless it stands at Bahamuts feets and Bonks it on its feet with its ridiculous sized hands.

I must admit that ive done alot of things to say ive completed FFVII completely..

Maxed all characters
Maxed All materia
Maxed Knight of the round for ALL characters
Gotten the best euqipment for all
Beaten all the minigames
Became level 65 on all characters before Aerith died
Had Finishing touch and meteor rain before leaving midgar for the first time

But ONE thing ive never done and will ho no ever do, is to actually PLAY with caith sith as one of the normal party members, for story wise conversations.. ive levelled him and all but never ever taken him into new areas..

And another thing, what was Reeve actually thinking?.. normally when we others would build a remote controll robot, we would choose something a bit cooler.. but okay if hes got a thing for mogs then fair enough... BUT.. im just confused on why he made TWO remote controlled robots?.. Did his secretary say that men cant multi task or something and then he decided to controll two units at a time??..

And also.. a cat?... with a crown?... with a.. megaphone?... on a mog?... how did that even come into consideration? xD..

It is hard for me to express with words how much of a failure this character is for the game, and yes even though hes an important character, and NOWAY should have been removed.. i would had been able to think of ALOT of other things then a mog with a smelly cat on the top xD..

After the humiliation Caith sith got himself during the AC movie, i couldnt help but being satisfied for the IHCSC brotherhood.. But when i saw trailers for DC.. and saw that the CAT was back?.. then i was a bit sceptical.. still i played the game, and i think its okay.. But i still think that the cat was pathetic.. really it couldnt do anything, and he had to hide himself.. thats no hero who "defeated" sephiroth!.. It only proved my suspecion that he didnt do anything in that final fight, only thing he might have been able to do was to stand with the megaphone in the background playing a less atractive cheerleader..

Still Good to see Reeve in DC, and i got nothing against Reeve, thumbs up for him!... but imo he REALLY needs to get over the play with dolls thing.. and get a gun or something... or a more killing kinda robot to controll..
