Well well, what do we got here?

Cant believe this site is still up, and i who had gotetn the impression it was dead!..

Anyways heysan after what must be.. what a year or so?.. even more tbh?..
How are you all doing?!.. damn ive missed alot of you guys tbh!:P.. its been ages since last time.. ive been in touch with some on msn.. but its still not the same :)..

So what ive been up to and why ive not been here for a "while" ?..

well basicly ive been a recruit in the navy, done all my basic training as a soldier, been sailing the north atlantic ocean, making sure that part stays within the danish kingdom, acting as coast guard / rescuers at sea..
Started my further training and education within the navy, passed my exams and atm educated as a battle informationist (guy who watches the radar and who talks with the other ships.. doing the battles you could say). Been assigned to the Danish missile vessel P561 "skaden".. and atm actually at this VERY moment, im within german waters, participating in a giant German armed forces exersice which started for us here the 11th, and is gonna end the 27th.

So why did i decide to check up on your guys after so long?... well basicly, ive been SO busy this past year, devoting my time fully to get good grades and to pass my tests within the navy. That ive just not gotten the time..
But as i said, passed my tests, and with such good grades that ive got papers saying that ill make a suitable sergeant candidate.. so thats nice!

But yes why i choose to write right now?.. well.. sitting here by myself on my night shift, watching the radar tracks travel across the screen, minding my own buisness, all alone.. thinking of the old times.. then i thought of you guys, all the good and anoying memories i got of this place, saw the internet computer right next to my console.. and well.. yeah. just had to check up on you guys seeing how you were doing :)..

*peers over at the radar screen.. nah i got time enough.. only 6 min untill impact.. keeps typing

Well its my plan to stick around, feel like i got the time now, and it feels good to type in here again... Besides with a greeting like that, how can i resist not staying ? ^^

And thanks for the welcomes to all of you others as well^^.. Yes shiva i still do live roleplaying when i get the chance.. i dont attend my usual once per month scenario anymore though (ended that one before my training was completed, with a giant heart/breath breaking/taking epic battle of fate and love.. which is another story :P)
Now its more big one week scenarios i attend to when i got vacation :).. And ill take the comment about my post lengths as a compliment ^^

(personally i dont remember much of that day.. lets just say that i knew the bartender, and he is from poland... and when the polish bartender say you are crazy after drinking the shots he gave to you for free, then its BAD! XD)

And yes Red fox our ship is named after the bird "a Skade".. Still we pwn arse, with a very experienced crew, i still havnt seen defeat in any of our exersices ;)..
(but norwegian ship names isnt any better let me tell you that!.. Tjeld, Tjaldrid and so on ;) )

Another day has passed and its getting late, havnt been able to check up on the forum during the day, since we went in EMCON plan SILENCE.. which means no traffic of any sort out of the ship, since we were playing sneaky lurking along the trade routes waiting for our prey ;..;... (which we ofcourse found and took out ;))..

So cya all laters!.. and yes ill try and promise to try and stick around :)

bbut I take it you know what the word "skaden" will mean in nowregian?

the word "å skade" means "to hurt"
"en skade" ~ "a damage"
"skaden" ~ "the damage" (as in, a damaged part, or something simmilar)
