It means you dont have to have text if you dont want to.

There is a max amount of entrants, Viper, because we only have so many members that will vote. I cant afford to spread it out any more. You can have my spot if you would like, but in the future please do be a little more respectful.

Actually it is within the size limits.
eVeryone should be able to enter Viper, but then, who will vote? o.O

Yeah, thats true because remember Viper, AZA restricts the entrants from voting to make it fair; so it's up to non-entrants to do the voting and deciding who will win.
Also Mason: Palglo went back and edited his sig. At first it was too big but he fixed it up.
