I have an account on photobucket and I want to upload an image
And I can't upload it U_U

What exactly is the problem? Just click browse find the file on your comp then click submit. If there is an error of somekind photobucket usualy tells you what is wrong. It also only accepts the jpg, gif, png, bmp, tif and swf file types.

Does It not read photoshop files?

If it doesn't can you recommend a site?

When you save in PS you can save to other files types can't you by adding .whatever file type you want after it. If not then you can always click the little E and view it internet explorer (unless that is only in ImageReady) and from there you can copy it and save as any file type you like. You might also try ImageShack, although I believe they accept the same file types as Photobucket.
