Alright, now I am working on my second round of X-2 and I am at about ninety percent. So I was wondering - does anything ever happen with the "new" Youth League base that is being built thoughout the course of the game in Kilika? Because I'm at Chapter 5 again, and, to be honest - I don't really see why it needs to be there, unless there is a huge chain of events that I missed somewhere and the Youth League transvers itself over there? It's just been bugging me lately, that's all. XD I'm also trying to complete the game without a whole bunch of walkthrough help, so that could be a factor too, eh?

in chapters 1, 3, and 5, talk to the camera man on the boat and ask to see the hq, then in chapter 5 hell take you over there and you can get the "invincible" accessory. (break damage limit)

NO.. its there for the invincible accesory and as far as i am aware thats pretty much it, they never finish building it or move there or anything.
