Well not that the anti spammer shield has been deployed...what sparked all of these spammers to start swarming.

I'm trying to get in contact with the admin of the website that the members were apparently from, but its so damn hard to browse I'm having difficulties... guests can hardly view anything and they aren't accepting new registrations at the moment either. I found one admin's email so I'm hoping to get in contact soon.

Well..if that's true, maybe tell them that you had to resort to this, it could be someone that hated MPZ(I browsed the forum) for doing something, and is trying to start a forum war like that one I watched...either that, or it's them trying to make this forum dead...

I may have a suggestion so new members can sign up still.
Theres a thing call email validation, you have to accept registrations one by one, so any that are, or you think are them, you do not accept.

hmm......or you could do what one of my friends did on her site when she notaced a spammer,she got one of her "special" mods to take them out.I belive she called them Reapers....*shrugs*I wasn't a reaper,but I still had that power...

Ross said stop with the uneccessary replies. I'm back (sortof) now, and I don't put up with Spam at all, so don't bother with it.
