Anybody is free to submit a tutorial, as long as it follows the following guidelines (subject to change at any time):

1. The tutorial is not a replica of an already submitted one.
2. The tutorial is for Adobe Photoshop (please specify version in tutorial, topic title, or description)
3. The tutorial must contain specific instructions, and show examples.
4. The tutorial either must contain screens of the process involved, or VERY detailed explanations of what to do.
