Do you think this game is really good?
I'm not sure if i wanna but it or not....Would anyone here recomend it? i just beat FFX. Does this game continue the same story? Is it set up the same way? what are some differences and similarities n stuff? help me out okay!

it's a completely different style of game from ffx. Some of the characters are the same and the story does continue on after ffx. if you haven't played ffVII or ffVIII i promise you you'd enjoy them more than ffx-2.
if you have and you like them allffx-2 isn't a "bad" game it's just not that great by ff standards

I recomend it if you have nothing else to play and are waiting for some other game releases. Just to fill up time. It continues the story... sorta. The characters are the same, with a few additions, although you can only use Yuna Rikku and Paine (shes new)
I quite like it, but I seem to be in the minority.

FFX-2 is lame as far as Final Fantasy games go, and mediocre as far as your average RPG goes. Don't buy it, it's really not worth it. Rent it if you really want to play it, I guess.

the whole set up of X-2 is pretty different from X.. no more sphere grid, its morelike the original job classes... but... flashier i guess!! However it is a good system, specially the battle system with combo's and stuff... the arment grids are a little lame, but the actual job classes and abilities are pretty good. The characters in it arnt as good... they got rid of all the cool ones! (or at least they only feature in the game a lil bit) and the story is.. ok... bit of a mission to get the perfect ending, could keep ya entertained for a while if ya like that kinda thing!!
Personally, I would buy it if i wanted to do all the side quests and what have ya, but if ya just wanna play it for amusement and to see the ending (or at least one of them) probably rent it.. it's old enough to be a week long rental now anyway, and it doesnt take that long to beat....

If you're deciding between renting FFX-2 and buying FFVII... BUY FFVII. Its the best Final Fantasy game and it's really cheap now. Definitely worth the money.

Yeah, no competition. I would say buy FF7 over FFx2... but then I'd probably say buy FF7 over any of the other ones. Its that good.

Try EB Games if they have them where you live. I bought my copy at... Toys-R-Us I believe and it was only 20$ canadian. You could also look up some privately owned local video games stores near your house.. (check the phonebook or online for a website) then call and ask if they have a copy

For next time, please try not to post in topics that are over two weeks old, it is considered rezzing and is against the rules. Thank you. =)
