Title: The Season's New Crop Of Anime...
Description: any opinions?

Well, it's a few weeks into the new season, and the new crop is starting to shape up rather nicely. Not only do we have new story arcs for Naruto and One Piece, but we've got a plethora of new shows popping up.
Anybody seen anything that looks promising?

Sadly I have dial-up, so I get to watch what Pan pan d/ls.
She has gotten us Harukanaru Toki No Nakade - I've only seen the 1st ep, I really want to see more!
Harukanaru is a dating sim for girls ;) (with gorgeous character designs!) and the chick that did the character designs does the manga. Yes it's also a manga.
I've glanced through the first chapter of the manga and the anime followed that closely, so I'm thinking the anime is going to be based more on the manga.
Pan pan has also d/l Bleach and she's brought that to club and we've been watching that every other week.
I follow the Bleach manga, so I was excited when I read that they were doing a Bleach anime.
Yes, they've changed some things from the manga - they've taken liberties, but I'm still enjoying the episodes that I've seen.
hmm... I believe those are the only new ones that I've seen ....hmmm.. yeah

bleach is definitely one i'm excited about. Hopefully it'll fill that gaping hole made in me when Fullmetal Alchemist ended lol... what else... oh! There's one called "School Rumble" that is freakin' hilarious! I love it. As kime put it "one of the main characters looks like P-chan!" (we're not talking ranma 1/2's p-chan... we're talking the master NINJA p-chan...) and YES... it did look like p-chan... very funny show, i quite enjoyed it. Harukanaru has been mentioned, yay! Naruto (There are some fights coming up that i can't WAIT to see animated...) what else... There's lots of new ones coming out, i just haven't had time to view most of them... anyway... i think that's it.

Is that one about a vampire? I've read about one with a vampire and it sounded cool..... that name kinda looks familiar.. but I could be way off.

Yup, that's the one.
It's about a photographer who takes pictures of spirits, a vampiress who wears cat ears, and their rather unusual "relationship". Yes it's dark, yes it's spooky, and yes it does get pretty intense at times, but for the most part it's not scary at all (Vampire Hunter D this show aint). It also features one of the most ridiculous openings EVER.
I recommend it for anybody who likes the lighter side of horror

I know it's a double post but Kago has an announcement (well sorta)! Guess what?! It's a new year and that means new anime, and we're starting things off BIG! Both Ah! Megamisama (Aka Oh My Goddess!) and Negima (the creator of Love Hina's newest work) are set too premier soon, like sometime this month soon! Kago is already a big fan of both Manga's so you can bet I'll be downloading both ASAP! And I'll be sure too post my reviews of both as soon as I can.
That's it for my announcement, talk amongst yourselves.
