ok this is ma theory...i think that gaia is going to die at the end...i have always thought this....this is becasue all her life gaia has been followed and she has never had a "normal" life..even after her being able to feel fear she still isn't being able to live a normal life...all her life she has had someone after, loki, yuri etc...
so i think that the only way she is going to be peaceful and happy..and that is dead....
but i also think that she is going to give birth to a baby girl who is going to be fearles and they are going to end the series there......

I know a few ppl who think that Gaia dying in the end would be an appropriate ending. And I kind of think it would, but I still wouldn't want that to happen. But if she's going to have a baby girl at the end of the series, then that means that the series can't end or that she can't die any time soon.

I agree with Domino. I also think it would be an okay ending, her finding peace and all in her own death. But I don't want her to die. I mean she's spent most of her life just trying to stay alive. If she really wanted to die she could commit suicide or let the people who want her to actually get her. I would like to see her live though. I would like the end for her to finally realize a part of her is missing because she now has fear. Her whole life she's been fearless and shes created herself around that. Now fear is in her life..she's gotta create a whole new person.

Unless she get's her fearlessness back, which I hope she does.

I don't know about that. It would depend on who the father is and the situation, in which she gets pregnant.

I don't think she'll have a kid. I mean only 5 books left. In which she has to become pregnant and 9 months have to pass.

yeah, B+N says the series is ending at 37 :( :( :( so sad! but i dont think that all that i gonna happen that fast seeing as how the books are like a week each book, sometimes a month or two. she's still 17! and WHO would she have the kid with? i mean...she hasnt really decided yet...grrrr...she needs to make up her mind.....rrrgggrrrr

yea, i was thinking, even if pascal wrote it that she had a baby in the next books, if gaia was still genetically "fearful" then it would be really unlikely that the baby would have any fearlessness anyway

yeah i read a fanfic somehwere where gaia commits sucide (sp?). but if she does die, i think she should be killed not suicided (sp? i no it's not a word...)

i would rather have her die happy in a car accident or something than be killed. through all the books she was trying to stay unkilled (as someone already mentioned) so it would be really unsatisfying if she actually was killed. car accident, that would be ok with me. as long as she was happy when it happened. i think it should end with everyone happy, is that too much to ask? yea, it really is.

yea, most series i have read have happy endings. like sweep and circle of three and those narnia things. maybe fearless will follow suit.

Anyway, I haven't been here in a while, but do we really know for sure that the series is ending at 37? If it is I hope they don't do that whole five years into the future thing like they did for Dawson's Creek...
