i love soccer too...umm...I've been playing for...*counts on fingers* about 6 years.. Ithink not sure though.

I normally play offense and if they need a goalie *very desperatly* they choose me although i think I suck at goalie...what do you play?

i play forward... hehe once at practice... there was no one to plawy goalie... so i guess they were desperate... and yea not good...

i have no ideas how the goalies can take that kinda of pressure i mean like a person is coming right at them... and its like scary... and they could kick the ball in your face and sometimes they dive in fromt of the player which could kill them and ive always been afriad like if they dive and then they hit the goal post... hehe fear...

I played soccer too, i played defense cause i was the only one that could block the shots, but then they noticed that yeah the shots were getting blocked but no one was making any goals so i played forwards, and forwards is more fun and intense!

yea and plus if you score hehe yup yup the team loves you!

I don't play soccer, but it is deffinately one of my favorite sports to watch!! :D

ey All - Yea I play soccer n so does my friend Hope. Golie can suck @ times. :angry: Um... My team also sucks so Yea um Hope n I were never on a team 2gether so we were the only good players on both teams - lol So everyone always gets gurt as u can c especially when Hope n I r playin. Well thats all I got 2 say 4 now! :blink:

hehe i play golie in soccer and well there was pressure at first but once u have saved a goal.....everyone on your team likes you and then u don't get the pressure anymore......i also play forward but i have only been playing for 2 years

I've been playing every year since I was four, I play right defender. but I can play any position except goalie.

I hate playing defense it's just not me i like to play mid feild , forward, and of course golie....i just don't feel the pressure like most people do :stick:

I love defense, you get to know everyone down and I just feel powerful in that position

I lurve Soccer :jumpy: it's my fav sport ever!!! i play every position except defense...defense is soo annoying...our team is usually good so our defense just stand around and do nothing lol but ya i play best at golie, i don't get the pressure and i dive for the ball...even if i get hurt :stertcher: but yeah I lurve soccer ( i also lurve basketball) ^_^

defense is hecka cool!!! You get to knock people down and everyone, mostly the goalie is depending on you to stop the other team, it's so exciting, see the offense on my soccer team isn't that good. So all the action is at defense! And only three people play defense! No one else is allowed to except 3 of us. So yeah I have a spot that only I can play, no one else!! It's cool.

haha... i'm the one who knocks the other teams goalie down most of the time... hehe

yea the two goalies on my school soccer team always get really scratched up like crazy!

yea that tends to happen some times ...but hey a cut bruise or scrape..it heals eventually and it can't take me away from my fav sport!! i luv playing golie it's not scary at all...(except when they run up and kick you) and i don't feel the pressure like most people do... i luv being golie ^_^ it's so much fun i don't feel the pressure like most people do and i'll get over the bruises :stertcher:

yes!!!! i'm a soccer freak. i've been playing for erm...5 years i think now. yeah that's right. i play for my school team now and man is that hard. we have so much freaking conditioning it's not even funny. i'm mostly a defender because i love it. stopper has the most power on the field besides goalie :D

exactly. when your a defender u have power. plus slide tackles much good.

yeah school conditioning is hard!! I usually don't go until two weeks before try-outs. But last year I did and it was so much work!!! I was so sore afterwards.

yeah, our coach is totally insane and made us start conditioning back in october. our 1st game isnt even until february!

my coach... is SOSOSOSO scary... like everyone hates her and shes like a man... the first time she said good job jade.. o my god... i almost fainted... and then when she talked to me this one time... i was like... do i hafta answer back:(

haha. that sounds evil. mineisn't that bad i guess, he's just a war vet who got dropped out of a plane with major attitude.

lol.....well i only play house league so i get a new coach in april-may...but my old coach wasd the best ..!! he didn't care about winning he just wanted to have fun...he callled me captain kirk ^_^ even though i don't really know what it means ... i like to think of it as the captain of the team :D

haha yea but my other other coach (not school, club) all he cared about was winning :l

my coach doesn't really know the rules of soccer so we're pretty much on our own

just got back from soccer tryouts and it sucked!!!!
