I'm now involved with a
weight loss program thats aimed at trimming my body.
I used to be a cheer leader in high school thus I've always dreaded the thought of growing obese to the point of no return. So basically, Im now using the principles I found at
WeightChoice.com.
I am curious to know if anybody else is working on a diet - and what their methods are?
