Just thinking outloud .......has anyone ever fitted a different body to a Sierra chassis? Have seen the other models of Duttons with reshaped bodies ,was just wondering.........

I am sure somebody somewhere has, I personally have never seen one.

If you are thinking of buying one and having a go there is plenty of scope as from the turrets back to the kick up for the axle it is a flat chassis. However its never going to be a lowrider... the chassis was designed to give ground clearance so will lend itself to anything thats 'off road'.

Already own one ,but was wondering !!!

I have two Legerras and a series 3 sierra... glutton for punishment me.

Looking at the identifying pics ,mines a series 3 ,footwells ,and arch return lips etc . Great fun ,doesnt bother me what others think of them ,even tho' I know they arent held in high regard! Use it for a run around ,to save using my other car.Can park it antwhere ,not bothered about scratching it ,doesnt rot etc ,just a hack really!Have modded the front/backend,roof rack over cab,Metro seats etc.

Heres mine ,earlier in the year.............

Its now in camo ,larger bullbar ,spots etc

Whats the roof extension from, could solve one of my 'little problems' with the roof leaking in...

Think its a talbot Matra van?
