Anyone got an idea how hard it is to fit a Rover V8 into a Legerra?
I've seen pictures of a racing one, but don't know how many modifications were needed to squeeze it in.
I've also seem various Phaetons with this lump in so it can't be too difficult! Can it?

You would probably find that you would need to remove alot of the bulkhead and the inner wings, ( I should be able to leave the bulkhead pretty much alone using a 24v V6 which is obviously one pot shorter, but at the moment there is a maximum of 3/4 of an inch each side between the cam covers and the inner wings so they will probably have to go) also the transmision tunnel would have to resemble the one that runs under the channel to fit the gearbox in, the bell housings are big on those which would probably leave little room for the pedals, if your tall like me you could shift the seat position further back to gain some leg room, height should be ok, especially if you throw the SU's and run a holley or similar with a pancake filter, It would certainly make an interesting car!
